This Purple Border Embroidery Shahmina Shawl is crafted from the world's finest under-chin fibers of the Changthangi goat. The weavers of Kashmir use their exclusive Tibetan antelope weaving techniques to transform this gossamer-light material into a shawl, so delicate it can easily pass through a ring, earning the name "ring shawl." The finer the fibers, the more challenging the weaving, often requiring years to complete a single Shahmina. 


Remarkably soft and skin-friendly, the shawl offers incredible warmth. The entire process, from gathering the fibers and hand-twisting the yarn to the Sozni embroidery, takes about three years, underscoring the dedication involved. The creativity of the artisans ensures each piece is unique in color and embroidery, making the luxurious embroidery cashmere shawl a favorite among fashion elites.
