Product Information
We will make every effort to ensure the authenticity of product images, the accuracy of information, and the display of the true colors of products, but we cannot guarantee the above and reserve the right to change the above information without prior notice. The selling price or product packaging of all products shall be subject to order confirmation before delivery. Since the products sold by our store are all handmade and dyed with dyes extracted from pure natural plants, the colors and sizes of products from different batches cannot be exactly the same.

Ordering
You agree to comply with the relevant shopping rules and shipping fee arrangements of this website. There is a time gap between when a customer places an order and when the system accepts the order, so when the customer places the order, the system may still show the item as in stock, but by the time the system accepts the order, it may no longer be available. If the item you purchased is out of stock before the system accepts your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If any item is sold out, our store will provide prior notice. In such circumstances, our store will notify you by telephone or email.

Order Cancellation
After placing an order, customers cannot change the order details, so they must ensure that all information is correct before placing the order. Once an order has been placed, we cannot change or cancel it.
