We offer local delivery within Hong Kong and also support shipping to selected international regions. The available delivery destinations shown at checkout shall prevail.

Each order may be shipped to only one address. If you would like items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders.

If the delivery address is in a remote area, restricted area, or special delivery zone, the shipping time may be extended.

For in-stock items, dispatch is usually arranged within 2 - 5 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding the order date and public holidays.

For pre-order items, the preparation time is approximately 4 - 7 business days, and the item will be dispatched within 3 business days after it arrives.

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday. No dispatch is arranged on public holidays or non-working days. During festive periods, severe weather, or other force majeure events, dispatch may be delayed.

Hong Kong local orders with a final discounted total of HK$500 or above are eligible for free shipping.

For orders below HK$500, a flat shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged.

International shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, parcel weight, and delivery method.

Import duties, customs taxes, and any other local charges for international orders must be borne by the recipient.

Please make sure the recipient’s name, phone number, and address are entered correctly before placing your order. If any details need to be changed after payment, please contact customer service as soon as possible.

When receiving your parcel, please inspect the outer packaging immediately for any obvious damage, leakage, or signs of tampering.

If any issue is found, we recommend refusing the parcel immediately, or recording video and taking photos as proof, and notifying us right away for assistance.

If additional fees are incurred due to incorrect recipient information, no one being available to sign for the parcel, or failure to collect the parcel according to delivery notifications, such fees may be borne by the recipient.
